Welcome Experience
A brand's first impression is crucial for customer experience and company success. As Art Director at JP Morgan Chase, it was my role to help launch the Chase Banking App in the UK by creating the welcome experience for new customers.
It was my role to craft the Chase Bank identity in the UK by examining and finessing the typography, colour palette, brand shapes, illustration, photography and copy, working with our in-house design team, marketing team and data scientists.
Once we established our brand toolkit, I was responsible for developing the welcome card packaging for new customers, digital design including app store screens, social ads and in-app UI, shoot direction for film and photography, as well as art directing the landing pages and other marketing elements.
The Chase Banking App was the number 1 Financial app in the UK for many months, and has been ranked in the Top 30 since it’s launch.
